Perfect restaurants - By eltekomm 2003 from Budapest, Hungary:

“I don’t want to waste too much words on the city itself, others have already done that. I want to recommend you the restaurants of Wroclaw, especially the ones on/near the Rynek, the main square. They are so delicately furnished and they have such a charming atmosphere that I could not belive that places like that exist. (Probably Hungary is not so good at restaurant - culture, that’s why it was a surprise for me...) The waiters are real waiters, competent and polite, and the food is something that cannot be explained”.
