	Fishing - Legnica area – waters of Legnica lakes and located next to Kaczawa River basin, Barycz River valley area within the landscape park borderlines also the birds sanctuary. Milicz area is also located in Barycz River valley.
	Climbing router - Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba, Stołowe Mountains, Krucze Rocks, Pielgrzymy Rocks and many others including climbing walls in sport halls!
	Paragliding and parachuting - Wrocław, Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba.
	Lower Silesia region offers the professional ski runs, ski jumps many ski slopes near by the holiday houses, hotels and health resorts and as well perfectly prepared tobbogans.
