Travellers arriving to Poland from EU country are excused from customs duties for imported goods as long as the goods are not intended for trade.
Travellers,
who are over 17 years old and are arriving from non-EU country are
allowed to import listed below goods duty-free as long as they do not
exceed following maximum volumes:
Tobacco products:
• 200 cigarettes, or
• 100 cigarillos (max. 3 grams each), or
• 50 cigars, or
• 250 g of smoking tobacco,
• or a combination, adding up to the same quantity.
Alcohol and alcoholic drinks:
• 1 l - spirits with an alcohol content of over 22% vol. or
non-denatured ethyl alcohol (ethanol) with an alcohol content of 80%
vol. or more, or
• 2 l - spirits, aperitifs made of wine or alcohol, rataffia, sake or
similar drinks with an alcohol content of 22% vol. or less; sparkling
wines, liqueur wines, or
• or a combination, adding up to the same quantity.
Wines:
• 2 l (non-sparkling wines or non-liqueur wine)
Additionally (without age restrictions):
• 50 g of perfume,
• 250 ml of eau de toilette,
• medicine in the volume appropriate to the needs of the passenger.
Besides the products listed above, traveller is allowed to import goods
of total value no more than 175 EUR, and if he is under 15 year old no
more than 90 EUR.
Travellers departing in international routes are obliged to report carried:
• domestic and/or foreign currency exceeding the equivalent of 10 000 Euros in total,
• goods intended for economic activity or with economic properties,
• goods which are subject to export restrictions (e.g. items manufactured before 1945).
Travellers arriving in international routes are obliged to report carried:
